"Is there anything too hard for The Lord?" is one of those questions that makes a person stop and think. It isn’t a doubtful question; it is a reminder question. It’s a reminder to Christians that there really isn’t anything too hard for God. And it’s a reminder to believe and to trust in Him, even when we personally don’t understand how something can work out.
When Sarah overheard God tell Abraham that she was to have a child in her old age, she laughed within herself. "And the LORD said unto Abraham," in Genesis 18:13-14, "Wherefore did Sarah laugh, saying, Shall I of a surety bear a child, which am old? Is any thing too hard for the LORD? At the time appointed I will return unto thee, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son."
Those things that seem impossible to us are those things that are possible with Him, as it says in one reference, Luke 18:27, "The things which are impossible with men are possible with God."
Nothing stumps The Lord. Nothing ever happens that is beyond His power and the things He can do. No matter what your problems may be, no matter how hopeless it may feel, there is nothing too hard for Him.
Jeremiah said in chapter 32, verse 17, "Ah Lord GOD! behold, thou hast made the heaven and the earth by thy great power and stretched out arm, and there is nothing too hard for thee."
He already knows what you’re going through, so take it to Him. He will hear you.
"Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh: is there any thing too hard for me?" (Jeremiah 32:27)
